Shop Experience

Subscription Management Modal

When a returning subscriber signs into the website and selects menu and ordering they will be immediately prompted with a modal asking whether they’d like to manage their subscription

They will be able to select a plan to manage, create a new plan or exit out of the modal to place a new one-time order

New & Leaving Soon Logic

We have implemented updated New & Leaving soon logic in order to provide more configuration surrounding when this information is displayed within the customer experience:

  1. When showing a product is new or leaving soon, you are able to select whether the new label is shown during the first 4 weeks after the start date or until you uncheck the box
  2. The New and Leaving Soon Tags can be found within the following parts of the experience
    1. Product Card
    2. Product Details Page
    3. Cart

Updated CTA Block

  • In order to direct new users to the appropriate menu page when starting a subscription, we have updated the CTA block to be configurable & to include the fulfillment method.
    • The configuration for this will live within the Update Button Action of a CTA Block. The Action Options will include:
      • Start Shopping (Enter Zip Code + Fulfillment)
      • Start Shopping (Enter Zip Code, Email, + Fulfillment)
    • If Start Shopping (Enter Zip Code + Fulfillment) or Start Shopping (Enter Zip Code, Email, + Fulfillment) has been selected the customer will see the Fulfillment selection within the CTA block in the website.

Google Ordering Support

We have created query parameters to include within the Everytable links in order to direct customers to the correct menu when searching via google.

  • URL format: https://everytable.culinaryflo-stage.com/Menu?zipcode=ZIP_CODE&fulfillmentMethod=FULFILLMENT_METHOD
    • ZIP_CODE: One of the valid fulfillment zip codes
    • FULFILLMENT_METHOD: This query parameter is case sensitive and should be one of the following:
      • ScheduledDelivery
      • InStorePickup
      • OnDemandDelivery
  • Example URLs:

Search Orders by Product

Now able to search orders that contain specific products in order to quickly identify customers that should be contacted due to out-of-stock items.

Configurable Script within Checkout Complete page

In order to allow you to implement specific integrations within the checkout complete page, we have included the ability to enter customized html within Admin Classic > Marketing > Templates > Checkout Complete

Added variables to use within this section:

  • _orderTotalAmount
  • _orderNumber
  • _orderId
