How do I set up my fulfillment?
Setting up your fulfillment allows you to designate your preferred order type in every market or store location you have. You can start by going to Admin > Fulfillment > Create Local Fulfillment Market. The Local Fulfillment Market is considered to be your store serviceable area where the products or orders will be fulfilled.

What is your minimum order amount for In-Store Pickup orders? - You can set a minimum order amount for In-Store Pickup orders and this is optional.
Note: The "Checkout" button will remain grayed out until the buyer meets the minimum order amount.
Do pickup orders need to be placed by a specific time? - You can set a cutoff time for pickup orders. Customers who place orders after this time will be shown a pickup time for the next available fulfillment day. Otherwise, orders may be placed at any time during fulfillment hours.

Yes, customers can select a specific time for pickup - This will allow your customers to select time increments such as; 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 1 hour.

For On-Demand Delivery, how much of the delivery fee will you or your customers pay? - Doordash charges $7.50 for 0-4 miles, and $1 for each incremental mile up to 7 miles. Minimum of $7.50 and a maximum of $10.50

Subscription and Order Settings
For recurring subscription orders, when a product falls off the menu do you want to replace it with another product or remove that product from their subscription? - This applies to merchants that change their menu often. If a customer subscribes to Product A and after a while, this Product A gets removed from the menu, do you want to automatically switch it over to Product B or just have it removed from the subscription order and just leave whatever is available?

How much time do you need between receiving an order and fulfilling it?
- Customers need to place orders a set number of days before fulfillment - If you fulfill an order based on when the order was placed. For example, you only accept orders 3 days before fulfillment which means if I want my order to get delivered by Friday, it must be placed on or before Tuesday.
- I need to receive orders by a specific day of the week - It gives you a cutoff time on when customers can place an order. For example; I set my cutoff every Thursday at 11:00 PM for orders to be fulfilled by the following week. If a customer places an order by Friday, it means that the delivery date for next week will not be available but it will show the week after that.
Until when is a customer able to edit their subscription order prior to their next fulfillment date? - This is the cutoff day for editing an order before receiving it which means that it should be BEFORE the day you set about “How much time do you need between receiving an order and fulfilling it?”
Until when is the customer support team able to edit a subscription order for a customer prior to the next fulfillment date? - This is the internal cutoff day for editing an order before receiving it. We recommend having it a day or two AFTER the last time a customer can edit their order or “Until when is a customer able to edit their subscription order prior to their next fulfillment date?”
How far in advance of receiving their order do you want to remind customers about their upcoming subscription order? - Customers will be sent a reminder email or notified if there is an error that needs to be resolved. This should occur before the cutoff for editing their subscription order. Ideally, we recommend having it a day or two BEFORE the order gets locked based on “ Until when is a customer able to edit their subscription order prior to their next fulfillment date?”
If a customer’s card is declined when processing their order, until when would you like to continue reattempting to capture payment? - If payment is not successfully captured, an order will not be created. This should occur after the cutoff for editing a subscription and BEFORE the fulfillment date.
Tiered Pricing
Do you want to offer a tiered pricing discount to incentivize your customers to order more? - Tiers allow customers to save $ when ordering more products.
- Flexible - no tiered discounts.
- Pricing Range - Sset tiers by price. (example; $5-$10)
- Quantity Range - Set tiers by quantity. (example; 5 items - 10 items)
- Fixed Quantity - Set tiers by quantity. (example; has to be at least 10 items)
