Prado Release Notes 8/1/2024
We're excited to share the latest updates to our product! The following bugs and enhancements were released to all merchants earlier today.
🚀Improvements to subscription management experience
Previously, if a customer navigated to subscription settings after their next order had pre-processed, their upcoming order would not show in the order date selection and instead it would show the next future order that hasn’t yet preprocessed. This caused confusion for customers thinking they are not able to update their existing order.
Prado now defaults to showing the upcoming order within the edit modal and then directing the customer to the subscription settings page only if they want to edit the full subscription.
🚀Improvements to add-to-cart experience when zip code is unknown.
Previously, when customers clicked the “add to cart” icon on a product prior to entering their zip code, they were directed to the fulfillment flow, not adding the product to the cart. If the product was not available Prado would show a “product unavailable” message which caused confusion since the product was not added to the cart.
To improve this experience, we removed the “product unavailable” message, since no product was added to the cart.
