Unify Loyalty

In order to ensure that customers only have one active account, we will be implementing a system to Unify Loyalty accounts. 

As a customer, if I log in with my phone number or email address and I have more than one account associated with the phone number on the account, then I should be prompted to select which email address I want to be my primary email address.

Once I have selected my primary email address, I should be sent an email verification code to the selected email address & I should be prompted to enter the email verification code.

The email verification code will be valid for 30 minutes.

Once I have successfully entered my verification code on my primary account, I should be prompted to verify my additional email addresses one at a time.

For each additional account, I should be able to 

  • Enter the verification code
  • Skip the account
    • If selected, the phone number will be removed from the account associated with the email
  • Select “This is Not my Email”
    • If selected, the phone number will be removed from the account associated with the email

Once my email addresses have been verified, my accounts should be consolidated & I should no longer be able to log in with the other email addresses.

  • The account information from the accounts with the other email addresses should be consolidated with the primary email address account.
  • A confirmation email to my selected primary email will be sent.

Sign in Using Either Phone Number or Email

In order to make logging in easier for customers, they are now able to use their phone number or email address. 

In addition, you are able to enter either a phone number or email when selecting Forgot Password. 

  • If I put in an email, I should receive a reset password email.
  • If I put in a phone number, I should receive a reset password text.

Update Navigation for Subscribers

When viewing the Manage Plan page for any of my subscriptions, I should have a back button that takes me back to the account hub.

  • Selecting the back button will return me to the Account Hub opened to the Subscriptions section.

In addition, when viewing the Manage Plan page, the Subscription Menu, or the Plan Settings page there is a subscription-specific navigation.

  • My Menu - selecting this will take the customer to the menu of the currently shoppable subscription instance.
    • In the event, the menu is locked and there is not a shoppable order, the My Menu button should be disabled.
  • Upcoming Orders - selecting this would take them to the Manage Plan page open to the currently shoppable subscription instance. 
  • Plan Settings - selecting this will take the customer to the plan settings for the given subscription
  • Account - this should expand to show the current options within the Accounts section of the navigation.
    • Manage Subscription
    • Order History
    • Payments
    • Profile

Note: The page within the subscription that I am currently on should be highlighted and not clickable within the navigation. Ex: when viewing the Manage Page for a given subscription, Upcoming Orders should be highlighted within the navigation.

View Active Delivery Windows Within Admin v2

You are now able to view active delivery windows within Admin v2.

To view active windows, select Fulfill > Active delivery windows

When you select a delivery window to view, you will be able to edit the delivery window 

  • Start time
  • End Time
  • Max Orders
  • Availability
