How to Unlock Pre-Paid Credits?
Merchants can now enhance their customer experience by offering prepaid account credits for future orders. This feature can be set up through the following path:
Admin > Settings > Marketing > Pre-Paid Credits.
Prepaid credits serve as a flexible alternative to traditional gift cards. Customers can apply these credits to both one-time and subscription orders. The credits are valid for both online and Point-of-Sale (POS) purchases, providing a seamless and convenient payment option across all platforms.
