Creating and Assigning Customer Groups for Special Discounts
Merchants can now assign customers to specific groups to apply targeted discounts. This feature allows you to create customer groups and set a percentage discount for each group. Once created, customers can be assigned to a group, enhancing your marketing strategy and customer segmentation.
Creating a Customer Group
- Go to Admin > Customers
- Select the Customer Groups Tab
- Click on Add Customer Group

Add Customer Group Name
- Enter a name for the group (e.g., "VIP Customers" or "Wholesale").

Add Discount % value
- Specify the discount percentage that will apply to members of this group.
- Click on Save Customer Group
Assigning a Customer to a Group
- Go to Admin > Customers

Search for the Customer
- Use the search bar to find the customer’s profile by entering their name, email address, or phone number.
- In Customer Details page click on Edit Details.
- Choose from the Customer Group dropdown menu
- Click on Save Details
Once customers are assigned to a group, the assigned discount will automatically apply to their orders. The group discount is applicable to all orders from all channels.
