Enhancements/Improvements🎉

🚀Cart Persistence Duration Extended to 1 Week
Previously, our website automatically logged out users and cleared their cart after 20 minutes of inactivity.  Now the cart will remain populated for a duration of one week, ensuring users can resume their session and complete their purchase at their convenience.
 

🚀Resizing Product Images In Auto Communications
We observed that product images in auto communications were appearing cut off when viewed on mobile devices. This has been correct to ensure the product images resize appropriately to the display.

🚀Active Orders Excluding Cancelled Orders by Default
We've updated the Admin V2 view for active orders.

When you access active orders via Admin Orders > All Orders > Active Orders, the list now automatically filters out canceled orders. Upon order cancellation, it should be moved to the closed orders section. Previously canceled orders would show in “Active Orders”, now they will show the “Closed Order”.
 


🚀"Free Tip" Option on Custom Order Types
To accommodate merchants adding tips to Custom orders without additional charges, we've introduced a "Free Tip" toggle. This can be found in Admin v2 > Settings > Customer Support > Custom Order Types.

  • When enabled: Imported orders with tips won't incur extra charges.
  • When disabled: Tip charges apply as usual.


Bug Fixes🎉

🐛Hide Internal Subscription Cancellation Reasons
Previously, internal subscription cancelation reasons would display for the customer while on mobile/app. We have corrected this so the internal reasons will not display for the customer.

🐛Chit Receipt Printing Refunded Items
Chit receipts now accurately reflect refunded items, preventing customers from receiving refunded items.

🐛Duplicate Chit Receipts
Corrected printer issue, reported every 5th order results in duplicate chit receipt printing.

🐛Subscription Error: Key Value Error
We've addressed a subscription error that was preventing orders from processing, particularly impacting customers with multiple subscriptions. This error, characterized by a key value error, has been resolved to ensure seamless order processing for affected customers.

🐛Selecting Phone Number Only Customers in POS
Previously, there was an issue in the POS where accounts with only a phone number were not selectable unless additional information was added. We have resolved this issue, and now merchants can expect to select phone number only profiles without any hindrance.
