Customer Experience
Updated Account Hub - Profile
We have updated the Account section to fit within the new design of the menu ordering system, as well as to act as more of a hub for customer information.
The Profile Settings page will show the customer their profile settings, addresses, and communication preferences. They will also be able to edit each section of their account here.
Updated Account Hub - Order History
The Order History page will show the customer a list of all orders associated with their account, the name of the subscription it is associated with (if applicable), and the status of their order.
The customer can also select an order to view the order details page.
Updated Account Hub - Payments
The Payments page will show the customer the cards listed on their account as well as the subscriptions the cards are associated with.
Any Gift cards the customer has on their account will also display here.
Admin Portal
Edit “Shop This Store” Button Text
Within Admin v1 > Marketing > Templates > Stores you are now able to edit the button text that displays on each location within the stores page.
Ability to configure cancelation modal text
You are now able to configure all text within the cancelation modals.
To configure this text, visit Admin v1 > Marketing > Subscription Info
Auto-fill AOC values when receiving inventory
In order to alleviate the need to re-enter inventory for products that you do not inventory daily (i.e. 3rd party), the rollover values will now auto-populate for all products within the “receive inventory” page.
You will be able to edit the values for the items that you have received inventory for, but now the products that you do not need to update will already have the rollover values present.
This feature is implemented within the inventory section in Admin v2 and on POS.
Specified E-Commerce Location Per Market
You are now able to set the specific e-commerce locations per market. Within Admin v2 > Fulfillment > Market, you are able to select the Square Location ID.
If an ID is not set for the market, the default Market set within settings > Take Payment will be applied.
Klaviyo Integration
You are now able to directly integrate with Klavyio within Admin v1 > IT > Integrations.
To set up the integration, you will need to select “add provider” and choose “Klaviyo.”
Once the provider has been added, you will need to add the public API key for your Klaviyo account & mark it active.
Once set up, you will start to see the events* populate within your klaviyo account.
The listed events include existing events + added events for the klaviyo integration. You are also still able to utilize the Prado trigger feature if you are not connected to Klaviyo.
