Order Lookup

You are able to find a specific order by looking up the order number or by searching the customer information.

Order

When you select an order from the list you will have the option to update fulfillment, refund the order, and view/print the receipt. In addition, you will be able to view the following pages:

• Order
  • Contains customer information, products, and order notes
• Payment & Refunds
• Details

At the top of the order page, you will see the customer's contact information (name, phone number, email), the fulfillment type of the order, and the store (if applicable). There is also a quick order summary listing the number of items ordered and the cost breakdown of the order.

Below the customer information, you'll see the list of products included in the order. For each product, you will see the quantity ordered, whether the items have been packed at the store, and whether any of the items have been refunded to that customer.

The last section within the orders page will display any order notes that have been included. You are able to add new notes as well as view past notes. Each note will contain the author's name and the date it was published. If you are the author, you are able to edit the note. 

Payment & Refunds

To review the order payment and any refunds that have been issued, you can select the Payment & Refunds tab at the top of the order page. If there are multiple payment methods on the order, each method will display as a separate line item.

The Refunds section will display any refunds provided to the customer in association with that order. If there are multiple refunds associated with the order, each refund will display as a separate line item.

Details

The details section will display all other details related to the order.
