Enhancements/Improvements🎉

🚀Tier applied at Fulfillment Level
Previously, the tiered discount were applied across entire market regardless of fulfillment method. Now, merchants can refine their tiered pricing strategy with precision.

Navigate to Admin > Fulfillment > Market Settings > Tiered Pricing. A new section allows you to specify where tiered pricing applies. Whether it's store delivery, store pickup, or other fulfillment options, you can now tailor your discounts to specific locations.

This update is designed to offer you a more nuanced and targeted approach to pricing, ensuring that your strategy aligns seamlessly with your business objectives. 
 

 

🚀DMARC Setting Update
As a small but important update, we have updated the DMARC records for all our merchants, This update is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our security measures and ensure a robust environment for your business.

🚀Sorting Dropdown From Menu
Merchants can now easily toggle the sort option on or off their site. Head to Admin > Online Store > Menu Styling > General Styling to make this adjustment.

🚀To Fulfill Report Enhancement
In this update to the to fulfill report, we've introduced three new columns for added clarity:

  • Product Price
  • Product Cost
  • Tax

Bug Fixes🎉

🐛Abandoned Cart Info for Klaviyo
We found a discrepancy with Cart Abandonment data reported by merchants.

We have now ensured the CartAbandoned event is sent to Klaviyo every 15 minutes and triggered for carts that:

  • Have not been modified in the prior 45 minutes
  • Contain at least one item
  • Have an associated email address, either through customer login or email entry at checkout.

🐛Inventory Request Page
Users can now view, enter, edit, and save quantities of requested products for each day of the upcoming week using the POS. Once the totals have been entered within POS, users can navigate to Admin v1 > stores > selected store > Inventory Requests.

🐛Duplicate Transaction Passed to TaxCloud
Merchants reported duplicate records being passed to tax cloud. We did make a update to the backend that will ensure that this will record the order in TaxCloud correctly, when order generation is complete.

🐛{payments} Variable Correction
We've resolved an issue with the {payments} variable, and it is now functioning correctly. You can expect this variable to display the last 4 digits of the card used, providing accurate and secure information in your transactions.

🐛Customer Order Type Pricing
we have addressed an error where prices were not displaying correctly when selecting a customer order type from POS.

🐛Subscription Discount Line
Fixed issue in testing where subscription discount line in the receipt would not show in the proper currency format.

🐛Tiered Quantity Logic
Rolled back a recent implementation for fixed tiered orders that did not meet the product threshold and would cancel the order. We are re-analyzing this for better implementation in the future. For the time being these should still process if they do not hit the threshold.

🐛Duplicate Chit Receipts
Corrected issues where duplicate chit receipts would print throughout the day.

🐛Tags Falling off of Products
Our team is monitoring the fix implemented to address tags not sticking to products once added. Kindly report this if you experience this.

🐛Bundle Products Counting Towards Total Products
Previously, bundling included both the bundle and its individual items in the product count, leading to a "updated counts do not match actual item counts" error for users. Now, only the items within the bundle contribute to the product count, eliminating this issue.

🐛Loyalty Point Application Error  
Addressed an error related to the application of loyalty points. Customers were experiencing difficulties applying their points when reaching the required threshold. We want to assure you that we have corrected the underlying logic in these settings.

🐛Export Closed order
Corrected error when attempting to export closed orders past a certain date.
