Special Hours
Merchants can now set special store hours for holidays and events, ensuring accurate store operations during these times. If special hours are configured for a location, customers placing a new order or editing an existing subscription will see the adjusted hours if the store is still open or will not see the date if the store is completely closed. Merchants will now also see an option to reschedule orders that fall on these special hours to future dates. See:
How to add Store Special Hours?
This new feature of Special Hour configurations enhances your ability to manage store hours across multiple locations, ensuring flexibility and precision in planning for holidays and other special events. By understanding and utilizing both market-level and location-level settings, you can provide accurate and customer-friendly operating hours for all your stores. Reschedule Orders: Orders that fall on special holiday hours can be rescheduled to a selected date using the "Reschedule order to" field. In addition to setting Special Hours at the market level, you can set specific hours at the individual location level. Updated Login & Account Recognition
The goal with this enhancement is to reduce confusion and streamline the customer login process for a better user experience. The following changes have been implemented:
Initial Login Prompt: The "Login" prompt will only appear on the first screen of the fulfillment flow. Once the user enters their zip code, the login prompt will no longer be displayed.
Subscription Email Entry: When a user subscribes, they will be prompted to enter their email instead of being asked if they have an account. If they have notes signed in already.
- If the email is associated with an existing account, the system will recognize it and prompt the user to log in.
- If the email is not recognized, the user will be directed to the menu to start shopping without additional confirmation modals.
This enhancement significantly reduces friction in the fulfillment flow, making it easier for users to navigate and complete their subscriptions. By streamlining the login and account recognition process, it enhances the overall user experience, leading to higher customer

Subscription Cancellation Feedback
Previously, users could only select from preset options when cancelling their subscription. This feature allows users to add more information to their cancellation reason or select “Other” and provide additional details.
This enhancement aims to capture more comprehensive feedback from customers, helping merchants understand and address the reasons for cancellations better.
This enhancement improves the feedback mechanism for subscription cancellations by allowing users to provide detailed reasons for their decision. This additional information helps merchants understand customer pain points better and take targeted actions to improve customer retention.
Add "Tip" Analytics
This feature is crucial for paying out employees and managing tips accurately.
Merchants will now see a tip column when going to their order analytics. This enhancement provides a reliable way for merchants to track and report tips, ensuring accurate payroll management and financial reporting. This is available in Analytics > Reports > Orders > Tip Column.

Identify First Time Customer Orders (POS)
When viewing the pickup orders tab, a "first" bubble will now appear next to the order number for new customers who placed their first order. This feature helps POS users quickly identify and acknowledge first.
Add Fulfillment Date & Time within Menu > Order History
Now when viewing the order history on POS users will see the fulfillment date and time in addition to the purchase date and time. This feature provides POS users with more information into their order history.
Share a Sale Integration
The Share A Sale integration has been upgraded to the most recent script, providing merchants with enhanced functionality and improved performance.
Merchants looking to utilize Share A Sale will benefit from the latest features and capabilities provided by the updated script. The integration update ensures better reliability and efficiency, improving the overall user experience for merchants using Share A Sale.
Bug Fixes/ Quality of Life Updates
🐛Marketing Preference updates not flowing into Klaviyo (Live)
Corrected error where user that are opt-ed in to SMS and email communications were not opted in to Klaviyo.
🐛Development mode error when ordering (Live)
Resolved issue where users would get dev error when ordering or editing an order.
🐛Product price displayed in markets with suppressed pricing (Hotfix)
Merchant reported seeing products prices in suppressed markets, we have corrected this error.
🐛Square canceling Pre-paid Credit (Live)
After connecting with square we were able to implement a fix to address square not charging customer cards for pre-paid credit purchases.
