New Features

Updated Loyalty Policy for Subscription Discount

Merchants are now able to choose a discount for Subscriptions; it could either be a Percentage or a Fixed Amount.

Currently, this setting is only available on Admin Classic (V1). You can go to Admin V1 Marketing > Loyalty Policy > Active Subscription Type.

Merchants can choose to whether offer a percentage discount or a fixed amount from the dropdown.

Allow for Excluded Zip Codes in Shipping Markets

In order to allow merchants to configure their business in the most profitable way, we are adding the ability to exclude zip codes from shipping markets

Per the shipping market, merchants should be able to input a list of zip codes that do not allow shipping even if they fall within the shipping parameters that have been configured for that market.

Merchants can find this on Admin > Fulfillment > Shipping > Shipping Settings.

For New Customers Send a 'Set Password' Email vs. 'Reset Password'

For imported customers, if they have not yet set up their password, the merchant can trigger a Set Password email, as opposed to Reset Password.

This email trigger should be called Set Password & will be used for users that have not set their password;

  1. This would be for imported customers that need to set up their accounts.
  2. Default SMS Text
    1. Set up your {organization-name} account password using the following link: {reset-password-url}
  3. Default Email
    1. Email Subject
      1. Password Set Up
    2. Email Body
      1. <p>Set up your account password using the following link:</p><p><a href="{reset-password-url}">Set up Password</a></p>

Enhancements

View Past Dates in To Make and To Fulfill Report

We have made improvements within the To Make Report and the To Fulfill Report. Merchants are now able to view past dates in these reports if they are curious to know the products that were produced or orders that were fulfilled.

Within the To Make Report, merchants should be able to see all products that were produced within the given timeframe.

Within the To Fulfill Report, merchants should be able to see all orders that were fulfilled within the given timeframe.

Improve Fixed Quantity Modal

We have updated the UI of the Fixed Tier modal that displays if a merchant has Fixed Tiers enabled.

Previous Version

Updated Version

Remove "Add New Subscription" on Order Confirmation

In order to prevent customer confusion and mitigate the possibility of customers accidentally creating multiple subscriptions (or being prompted to create a subscription when that is not actually an option), we updated the order confirmation page to highlight Loyalty instead of Add New Subscription.

As a customer;

  • if subscriptions are NOT available in the market associated with my order, then I should NOT see Add Subscription prompt on my Order Confirmation page.
  • if subscriptions are available in the market associated with my order, I should still see the Add Subscriptions prompt on my Order Confirmation page.

Resolved Isolated Cases

  • Unable to set form to send to email within Admin v2
  • AdminV1’s macro settings are superseding AdminV2’s macro settings, causing confusion
  • If merchant only offers one-time, should hide "subscription" section within Profile
  • Order still created if system unable to create shipping label
  • Follow Up - promo code that brings the total cart to $0 will cause the checkout page to partially show
  • The Manage Order button in the Account hub will empty the Users cart on click
  • User is able to get past the payment tab at checkout without entering information
  • When adding a product with multiple variants to my cart I am not prompted to select the variant
  • When a long string is entered into the Building Access Code field, the User can’t proceed past Delivery Address tab in Checkout
  • Customer able to checkout as scheduled delivery without entering address
  • Customer asked if they want to start a new order after adding first product to their new subscription
  • Customers with past orders not assigned to a market are unable to view their profile

If you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free to reach out to Prado Support at support@getprado.com
