How to Print a Picksheet?
Printing a picksheet helps streamline your order fulfillment process by listing all the items in a customer's order. You can choose between two picksheet formats: the Standard Picksheet (8.5x11) or the 4x6 Pick Sheet. Here's how to print them and what sets them apart.
🛠️ Steps to Print a Picksheet
- Go to Admin > Fulfill > To Fulfill
- Use the Order Fulfillment Date filter or the Search for Order field to locate the orders you want to fulfill.
- Click Print & Export button.
- Choose your preferred picksheet format:
- Standard Picksheet – prints on 8.5x11 paper
- 4x6 Pick Sheet – prints on 4x6 thermal or label paper

- Choose the format that best fits your packing workflow and printer setup.
- If you're using a thermal printer, we recommend the 4x6 format for quick, adhesive printing.
- Both picksheets include a barcode than can be scanned using any 2D scanner.
