How to create a Meal Plan?

Physician Partners can manage and customize the products listed in their storefront based on what their partner food merchant has made available. You can either use pre-existing meal plans (bundles) or create your own custom meal plans (bundles) to fit your patients’ or customers’ preferences.

Why Create a Meal Plan?

Creating your own meal plan allows you to:

  • Personalize meal bundles to match your patients’ dietary needs or preferences.
  • Highlight specific meal combinations from your partnered food merchant.
  • Organize your storefront more effectively with custom categories and product tags.

How to Create a Meal Plan

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Online Store → Products → Create a Meal Plan.
  2. Browse or search for meals you’d like to include.
  3. Select the meals you want and click Add to Meal Plan.
  4. Once you’ve selected all meals to include, click Continue.
  5. Enter the following details:
    • Plan Name – Give your meal plan a descriptive title.
    • Image – Upload an image that represents the meal plan.
    • Meal Quantities – Adjust the quantity of each meal included in the plan.
    • Category – Assign to an existing category or create a new one.
    • Product Tags – Add or create new tags to help organize and filter your meal plans.
  6. Review your selections.
  7. Click Create Meal Plan to save and publish it to your storefront.

Example Scenarios

  • A physician partner creates a Diabetic-Friendly Meal Plan including low-carb and high-fiber meals.
  • A reseller builds a Weekly Wellness Bundle featuring balanced meals and smoothies.
  • A clinic offers a Post-Surgery Recovery Plan curated from their merchant’s approved meal list.
