Merchant Resellers > Products

Merchants now have the ability to manage which products are available to reseller markets. This feature provides flexibility in deciding what items can be syndicated to resellers, ensuring merchants retain control over their catalog.

Why Manage Products for Resellers?

For food merchants and others with curated offerings, it’s important to decide which products are shared with reseller partners. This feature allows merchants to:

  • Select specific products for reseller syndication (e.g., certain meals, bundles, or seasonal items).
  • Keep control over which SKUs are distributed to reseller markets.
  • Track adoption by seeing how many resellers are using a product.

Key Features

  1. Product Selection
    • Choose which products are made available for reseller markets.
    • Products not selected remain exclusive to the merchant’s native market.
  2. Search & Filtering
    • Search for products by name or SKU for quick access.
    • Useful for large catalogs where merchants need to enable or disable products in bulk.
  3. Reseller Usage Tracking
    • View how many reseller markets currently carry a given product.
    • Helps merchants understand product adoption and popularity across resellers.
       

In Admin > Merchant Resellers > Products, this section includes reseller-specific fields:

Syndication: Shows whether a product is shared with resellers.

Status: Indicates whether a product can be made available to resellers.
 

Note:

Bundles or plans created by resellers are only visible to resellers and do not appear in the Parent Org product list.

This update simplifies managing reseller offerings and keeps menus consistent across all eligible reseller markets.
