What is a Convenience Fee?
Fees allocated to the customer will be applied to their order as a convenience fee and collected at the time of the transaction. Your payment on file will be charged for the transaction fees on a monthly basis.
You can set up your convenience fee by going to Settings > Take Payments > Convenience Fees.
My customers will pay the fees (Recommended) - your customers will be charged an additional fee at checkout.
I will pay the fees - your customers will not have an additional fee at checkout.
We will split the fees - fees will be split between you and your customers. Set the fee split based on what works best for your business.
