How to Enable or Disable Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points let customers earn and redeem rewards for their purchases. You can control whether this program is active for your organization. Once turned off, all loyalty-related features and balances will be hidden across your site.
To manage Loyalty Points:
- Go to Admin.
- Select Settings.
- Under Users & Permissions, open Account Settings.
- Switch the toggle for Enable Loyalty Points on or off.
- Click Save.
Disabling the Loyalty Points feature will only hide it from both the admin and customer view.
- Any points earned prior to disabling the feature will not be removed, lost, or deleted.
- These points will remain in the system and can be reinstated once the loyalty program is re-enabled.
