New User Subscription Sign-in

When a non-logged in, new user comes to the main menu and chooses subscribe to their first product they will be prompted to enter their email
If the email is unrecognized they will then see the Subscription Information Modal to provide them information about subscriptions

New Subscribers will no longer need to create an account as soon as they select “subscribe,” account creation will be completed at checkout.

Remove the Subscription Activation message

Because we are adding the Subscription Information Modal for new subscribers, we are removing the Subscription Activation Feedback message that displays in the bottom right corner of the screen when a new subscription is created

This will reduce clutter as currently this message and the Added to Cart feedback currently display at the same time.

Add the Contact Support option on the Manage Plan page

In order to make contacting support easier within the experience, we will add “Contact Support” options within the Manage Plan page

Display product count on Mobile

In order to make it more clear that products have been added to the cart on mobile, we will add product counters to the buttons in the menu experience.

Product Upselling

In order to provide an upsell opportunity within the cart, we will add a configurable section to promote specific items

Configurations for this option will be in Admin v2 > settings > products > Product Cart Upsell

You will be able to specify up to 5 items that you’d like displayed within the “You May Also Like” section. 

• If the customer already has one of the items in the cart, that product will not display in the upsell section.
• If the customer adds a product to their order, another product will display in the upsell section 

Referral Experience Updates

• We will be adding:
  • Referral redemption email -
    • This email will send to the referrer once their friends have redeemed their referral code
    • This email will be configured within Admin v2 > Settings > Marketing > System Emails
  • Configurable share code/link
    • Within Admin v1 > Marketing > Website > Pages > refer block will be able to show/hide the coupon code/coupon link
  • Email Share Block
    • New referral block that allows your customers to send customized referral messages to their friends straight from the Refer a Friend page
      • The message is configurable by the merchant and also editable by the customer in the shop experience.
