(Customer) How to Redeem Loyalty Points for an Existing Subscription?
If you have enough loyalty points available on your account, you can apply them toward an upcoming subscription order directly from your subscription settings.
How to Redeem Points
- Go to Manage Plan or Manage Subscription
- Click the expand arrow button below Settings
- Your available loyalty points balance will be displayed
- Use the dropdown menu to select how many points you would like to redeem for that week’s order
- Once selected, the points will automatically apply to the upcoming subscription charge.
Important Notes
- The option to redeem points will only appear if your account has enough available points for redemption.
- The redemption option will not appear if you already have enough account credit or prepaid credit to fully cover the order total.
