Subscription Overview
Everything you need to manage your customers’ subscriptions can be found in the Subscriptions tab under Orders.
Here, you’ll see a list of all of your current subscriptions, including the;
- customer name
- created date
- subscription name
- fulfillment type
- payment error (if there is one)
You can sort this list by a specific date range or if you want to go into a specific customer’s subscription, simply enter the customer’s name, email, phone number, subscription name, or subscription number into the search bar.
